facing problem in navigation

hii

when i"m navigate on registration page from any page of my website and without submission ,without any typing on fields i wanted to go back on other or navigate on home page by click on home button which is available on registration page but can't redirect my self on another page when i'm clicking on home button it shows required feild messages of text fields for example enter email id enter password and so on....similarly when i'm  submitted my form after that i wanted to redirect my page form another but can't  facing same issue before dubmission and after submission..
