fetch records of today only

Question

Hi members, I am working on C# Windows Application with Access database. I want a select query that fetches all the records of today only. I know how to use the date time picker and text box but in this case I want to use the system date automatically. I have tried the below query... Select BillSrNo,BillPartyName,BillAmtPaid From Billings Where BillDate=" + DateTime.Now.ToShortDateString(), MyConnAcc); ...but it's not working and even not throwing any exception. I have also tried with DateTime.Today etc. but same result.   Thanks   Mayank Jani

What is the datatype of BillDate? Try like this, if it is of string type then do change its datatype.
"select * from schedule where listdate=#"+DateTime.Now.ToShortDateString()+"#"

Hiiii Amit Thanks once again. I am really surprised that the '#' worked as you suggested. I have also tried this but some how I got no result!!  sorry about forgatting to mention the datatype, it's date-time.   Thanks dear.

Or better use parameterized query and pass only Dateatime.Now;
