Getting HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden" error

Question

Hi   I have created a web application in VS 2017 and run it, but getting   HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden" ,   I have also enable default directory in IIS, run's again but still getting same error   also add in webconfig     problem is not solving.   please let me know how fix this issue.   Thanks & Regards  Sameer Shaikh

Following actions need to be taken to resolve 403 error:   1. Add defualt document in IIS or Web.config 2. Add directory browsing enabled in IIS 3. Make sure that you are referring to correct version of .Net Framework 4.
