Google Api + Route calculator

Question

Hi Folks,

 

I am planning to develop a route generaton softwarive.

 

My objectective is thatI have  a  pool of places with me in a list and I have a start point.

 

Based upon the longest distance from the start point I need to set the end point from the start location

 

I have a pool of places i need to calculate the maximum distance from my start point to these points, but i have other places in my list which i need to fit inside this route . I have all my details in the attached picture

 

Please add a solution for this issue.
