Gui Creation For Automation

Ok I have a Query the softwares like windows orb changer, copy delete modder etc

These replace the modified shell32, explorer.exe etc files with the orginal ones. i know how to do that using resource hacker .but how can i implement a software a gui like these people do that automates this process (like opening the explorer.exe with resource hacker going to a particular resource and replacing that with other). i Knoiw C# vb and .net Plese Help I know many exception 7 tweaks but i am not able to create a gui software.
