How can I disable two buttons in all forms bsed on dif login

Question

How can I disable two buttons based on different login account.

Here am I using two account admin and user. Admin can delete and update the records which is stored in database. But user cannot delete and update the records. But user and admin can access all the forms. How can I disable these buttons for user login only.

will you please give me any suggestion and coding for this question.
