How can I get the Group Name of a User?

Question

How can I get the Group Name of a User from the Active Directory?. And also how can i get all Users and their details from a specific Group(this Group Name will be given dynamically) of an Active Directory?. Please can any one help me on these two issues. I got stuck with these things. Thanks in advance.
