How is it possible to check whether Read-Only File is currently in use. Especially InfoPath document

Question

I am working with one application where I need to check for ReadOnly InfoPath document is current in use. When I say "In use", it means that document is already in open state, or document is used by some other application. I was able to check sucessfully for Non ReadOnly documents.
