How long will it take for an Article to move from Sumiited state to published

Question

1) How much time will it take for an Article move from Sumbitted to Published?
2) Is there any way to know why an Article is not Approved, I mean In case if it is not approved?

Please don't beat me!
3) Am I posted this Question on right forum section?

Hi Siva It usually takes 24 hrs to get it live if you uploaded an article. If you wish to go live quickly please use Online Content Publisher. If an article is approved or not approved you will get a notification. Make sure your email is correct :) These forums are fine for posting these questions. Best Mahesh

YES Sam is absolutely right. Thank you for the update Sam. We are working on the process so articles will get approved on the weekend as well. This should start in next month.

I am currently the editor that might make a few changes to articles for grammer after they have been approved. I have noticed that articles usually do not get approved on the weekend. I am not sure when the cut-off is but based on my experience if an article is submitted sometime on Friday (I don't know what time of day or what timezone is relevant) then it might not get approved until Monday. So for a weekend expect the approval to take another day or two.
