How to add "write review about product" section in UWP app?

I am working on uwp app which is just like Imdb portal. I want the users to rate and add reviews about the product on my app but i did get it how to do this. Could anyone help me with this?

Nilesh Jadav  Thank you for this. But I guess my question was little vague. What i want is rating and reviews on the books which would be listed in my app. Just like people add reviews on imdb about movies.
