how to calculate records inside gridview

Dear all have a look on my screen shot please in the above screenshot there is recriter name is there for every recruiter having upto 10records after iam tring to enter 11 record i want show message to user alredy over like that so i have developed this is using entity freamework pleae give ur suggessions

Are you saying about the field Current Openings? And is it a textarea ?
