How to contact the editors

Question

I have an issue with my submission, here is the case.

 

What i understand is, when you write a document if that is more than 300 words with good information then that document will be treated as Article but if it is less than 300 words then it iwll be Blog.

 

I get that but i submit multiple documents and editor put those in the blog category while they are articles, they took the text from the document and made it description. which i dont understand.

 

I tried to contact them via support@c-shar but no response at all.

 

How can I ask the question and get the answer? any body know about it?
