how to convert a vb project to an application?

i know fairly well on vb6.0.. i know that i can convert my vb6.0 project to an .exe application... i'm wondering if that is possible to do that in vb.net... i want my application to be accessible to everyone in the office.. therefore i intend to put this .exe application on the server. but to my understanding if i want it to everyone to access through the server i gotta use APS.NET web application instead of windows application. is it true that windows application can only be access by my own local computer only?

I don't understand what do you mean by converting a project to an application... but yes everyone can use your application from the server. Given that 1) They have .NET Framework installed (yes on every computer that wants to use your program) 2) Their security settings allow running programs from network
