how to count no.of.pages printed from my network linked comp

Dear Friends,

In My network connection below i ve more than 30 systems that users are taken no.of.prints and wasted a lot of papers,so i wanna make a one application to monitor the no.of.pages prints taken by users and send alert mail to admin who are taken more pages in that?

is possible to make it?
