How to create web application to send festive greeting
Hi all,
I want to create a web application for semester exam where user can type his name in title and would able to send greeting message to one or more his whatsapp contact on festival like Christmas or new year....
e.g.

I know asp.net MVC and angularjs.
Please suggest me.
