In Image column user did not upload image in first two or more times after that upload an image again user want to change that image so how delete first image and insert new image

update statement will not delete entire column use update table set image='yourimagefile' where id='row_id which you want to update'

Hi Chinna Khargesh is right. No need to delete the column data The update statement itself doing the same. First it will delete that row and then after it will add new row.
