How to do project with out IIS in asp.net

Hi I have a requirement create small setuP in asp.net with out iis.I want to give the set up to the client like as windows and back end is MsAccess DataBase. Can any one give idea ........How to start and Is it possible to give a setup like windows .......?

ASP.NET is not windows apps in win apps we create setup. if you wish to create asp.net site without iis then visual studio will do all for you. install visual studio and create the project using that no need of extra installation and configuration of iis. but when matter will concern for hosting then you must need iis.
