How to draw on the media player? PLS HELP!!

Hi expert: I am trying to draw graphics on the media player, just drawing on the normal panel, i can do that. but when the media player was playing movie, i can not draw any more. is there any way i can draw on the media player while media player is playing? I would very appreciate for ur help!
