how to filter and display record with repeater & paging

Question

after search record in textbox when we will click on submit then count the all result and display first 20 record with high speed in repeater with pagging.

like snapdeal or any other search.

plz send me the code if possible

Hi Harshal This you ccan achieve it by implementing custom paging where you will be passing rowcount to be shown on each page page no along with where condition to stored procedure. I would be showing sample example hope this will help u. SELECT ROW_NUMBER() OVER (ORDER BY Column1) as RowNum * INTO #temp FROM Table WHERE Column1 LIKE 'a%' SELECT TOP (pgNo*pgsize) * FROM #temp WHERE RowNum >= (pgsize*(pgno-1)) AND RowNum This will help you to retreive faster and only required result to client instead of whole result set.Mark it asnwered if it helped you.
