how to get cpc of a particular keyword in search engine

Question

How to crawl/parse a search engine and pick all the keywords their respective cpc(Cost per click) and their search volumes.
Is there a way to do this using a windows application.
currently considering google search as base..

Urgent help required in this regard.

Thanks for the reply i have checked this webservice api but found out two issues It basically works in php and i want to use .NET for this purpose can be a windows application. Secondly it is not free for business use. Is there any other way to implement this this thing on our own. I mean by parsing a specific page or through some third party service that can be easily integrated by .NET.
