Hi ,
There is no specific method or step which give you high paying job in first go but below are few thing you can follow so your chances of getting high paying job is high
1. Indentify current demanding tech for example (co-pilot/ fabric/ etc).
2. select any one technology as per your interested and learning capability and start learning it
3. share your knowledge on platform like C-sharpcorner and participate QA on stackoverflow like platform to get more insight of problems
4. prepare for interview
5. Market yourself on social media as an expert by sharing your knowledge by posting blog, giving question's answer on linkedIn and other platofmr
6. Update your profile on linkedIn
7. Apply for interview
8. Keep learning
