Hi,We are developing software and websites using Visual Studio 2008 and SQL 2008 and the main languages we are using are ASP.NET and C# and the database is SQL 2008. Most of our projects are 3 tier. We are planning to improve the development methodologies.All we have at the moment are Visual Studio 2008, SQL Sever 2008 and Subversion (Source Control).
We identified for a better result we require attention in the following areas also -
Development Methodology: We don't know what development methodology we should go for. We came across Agile Development Methodology (not sure). We don't have any experience or knowledge about it. But, if it is something required then we can learn about it.
Test Driven Development: We have also have heard about Test Driven Development (eg. NUnit). But we don't have experience or knowledge of using this. But, if it is required we can learn more about it.
Do you think we need to consider anything else to improve the team/our development methodology?Please let use know your suggestions to improve our development team.
