How to Increase Performance in my Database for 40000 Records

Question

In My sql server table There is a 40000 records and i use the FOR LOOP(Looping) for 40000 Records There is a 7 FOR LOOPS inside main FOR LOOP so it take much time when i executing the query in my aspx page on submit button to check the all the records... How Increase perfomacne give me some suggestion

Because you have not shared a piece of code it is really very difficult to comment. What those for loops are doing? Where are these for loops? Are they in your C# code or in stored procedure. hey refer this 1. it's a good practice to use StringBuilder instead of connecting the strings. It can save the memory and improve the performance. To improve the execution speed of a SQL query please check my suggestions: First you need to debug your application and copy the SQL query. Also it can be done by using SQL Server Performance Tool named SQL Server Profiler . Then you can analyze the SQL query and think about how to optimize the query. Second if the column in database is big you also need to do some optimization in database such as creating index.
