How to insert data in database by using Entityframework

Hi  Guys ,   I have one dropdown in this I am displaying the comma seperated data but in database this  is int value so I need to insert the data seperately  for every individual .For better understanding please go  through beow image

Just split your name string with comma,It will return List and then use foreach on that list and insert either with .Add() or .AddRange as per need.
