How to insert record in multiple table using tab control

Question

I have form which is designs as follows. In first tab  want to Insert record in TeacherMaster table. On second tab want to insert record in QualifiactaionMaster table. On third tab in WorkMaster table. I am using binding source,binding navigator and datagridview controls. Plz help me.
