How to load only one tab content of a multi tab webpage?

Question

My web application's main page is having 6 tabs and they are full with controls. So it is very slow in opening. What are the way to avoid loading the contents of all tabs and just loading a default one?

Hi Anil Create UserControl for every tab content and load UserControls dynamically using tab click event.

Dear Anil As per durgaprasad said. you just put ajax tab TabContainer and use usercontrols in tabcontainer. You could fire an event from your first user control so that the page can handle this event and tell the other usercontrol to databind. Six tabs don't take a lot of time but yours are probably doing things that does take a lot of time. In other words it depends on what each of the tabs do and we don't know that. So I might be wrong and I don't want to give an answer if you are going to say I am wrong as if I should know what you need. You don't tell us much. Perhaps you need to use a BackgroundWorker to do some of the work for each of the tabs or some of the tabs or whatever. It might be a little complicated and advanced but without knowing much about your application a BackgroundWorker is the best I can think of.
