How to Move Documents Including Versions in SharePoint 2010

Question

Great write up on How to Move Documents Including Versions in SharePoint 2010 Document Library Using NINTEX Workflow. I created the workflow and this works.  my question: How to create a new document and not overlay original document? I need to keep the history of versions from year to year.
