How to move MNC from small scale companies?

Hi friends I have 2+ years Experience in VB 6.0 and SQL server.I also studying .net framework.Now i like to switch from small scale to Multi National Companies.Anyone give the advice what are the skill set i want to improve and interview Questions in C# and SQL.Send any links of good tutorial. thanks in advance

Hello Subash I would suggest join a course at your place and do a project( if the institute helps you in doing a project) that would be nice. self-learningis always good and you will have to do when you grow in your career - as you would want to be on top on all latest technologies As you have very little knowledge on -.NET and C# I highly recommend Please take up the course first. We go to school when we are smalland take guidance from teachers itssome thing similar. Hi Shubash Don't worry about thatfirstly learn some basic points  =>.net frameworkarchitecture =>oops in deep. =>c# basic with advance =>asp.net. after that you can get good job in mnc
