How to pass data from view to controller in mvc

Question

Hi frnds I searched internet but didnt understand. There is mentioned using hidden field or post method.but post method we used using Ajax. Please clear me this and send me the code which i can explain front of the interviewer.. How many types we can pass data from view to controller ?

There are plenty techniques to do this But Proper approach will be to pass the Model From the Controller to the Views How we can do this is Public ActionResult MySampleController() { MyModel m = new MyModel() return View(m); } You Can do this easily an there U can acees these properties of values easily.
