How to Save labels record to DB

I'm creating a small survey form in C# now i have a problem how to save the record. when click a save button at the time save all record to database ...? i insert my image

i want save [id] and answer (select rediobutton which column will select)

Hi just identify the label text. Eg: int q1ID=Convert.ToInto32(Lable1.Text); string optionSelected1=Radiobutton1.Value; and same for other also.

thx Bikesh Srivastava Id and Question are calling as Dataset answer only here..how to get same time When i press button at the time id and rediobutton what i select (for a example good or poor)therediobutton want to save.... im very confused please help me thx u

Its very simple dear label is not input type control its only for display. But if you want so you are bind label value from any object of c# so you can use anywhere.its simple.
