How to send content of an asp.net page

Question

I have a form that is like a questionnaire. I am trying to no avail to send an image of the form(aspx page) to myself after it's been completed. here is my code Survey

Thanks for that howbeit there was no change in the output. The controls in the page had no values in them.

i tried reading the content of the webpage to string and sent the returned value as the body of my email it worked the issue now is that the email is not getting rendered. I am unsure the aspx page completed by user can be attached with MailAttachment attach = new MailAttachment(Server.MapPath(FileNmaeToAttach)); message.Attachments.Add(attach);

after users have completed the form and click the submit button i want to recieve an image of the completed aspx page in my email.
