how to send xml file to a webservice without using SOAP

Question

i'm begginer in webservices and related data..i need similar methods like SOAP...my webservice is not accepting the request sent in SOAP..so kindly provide me other ways to request the webservie.

its accepting the request when send in html pages..but html donot support dynamic data..so i need help in sending using aspx pages..
