Hi, there are few ways you can achieve this: - with OLEDB connection in C#, here are some useful links: http://www.codeproject.com/Tips/705470/Read-and-Write-Excel-Documents-Using-OLEDB http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10637918/how-to-use-oledb-to-create-excel-database - with C# excel automation , this approach uses an Excel Interop dll which is basicly a .NET's wrapper of COM functions that MS Excel uses, also you have some sample codes in the above comments. - with OpenXML SDK , note that with this approach you can only create a newer XML based files (XLSX), also it has some learning curve, you will have to know the basics of this OpenXML format in order to properly work with it. - with some third party, for example I used this .NET Excel component in the past and I found it to be easy and intuitive , you can find a sample how to create an excel file with it here .
