How to separate integer value in c#

Hai, In my project am using datagridview cell for entering the time . Here I just enter only the int characters like this 1110. this will be separate 11:00 like this. How can I separate this . Here I just only give four numbers . Please help me.

It will be separate automatically like this 01:45. Here I can enter both 3 digit and also Four digit numbers. How can I separate this. Please give me the answer.
