How to set a web page as home page for temporary basis.

Hi i have a webpage (may be html or aspx) what i want is that when someone open his browser first time in 24hr then my webpage should be open and when is open the browser 2 time onwards than his setted webpage should open. I want to give this kind of facility to users. Can anyone help me out pls would be a great support

You can set your session timeout to 24 hours and put a check on page_load if the session is active. If is's active then redirect to the page you want otherwise do nothing. How's that?
