How to showing a modal popup extender for confirmation of a delete

 on A Button click i am showing a modal popup extender for confirmation of a delete

After delete action on modal popup after confirmation popup closed
and i have the requirement to show a message that deleted successfully!!
and that text should disappear after certain period 
how i can achieve the same
