How to store millions of record?

Hi,
I am developing an application in c# .Net where i have to store million of Point(x,y,z) record in memory and display the points in screen. after that i have to do some processing on those points with zoom in/out facility. Please suggest the best way to store the point records. I would appreciate any help.
