How to verify if a given user has read access to a file?

Hi How do I check if a certain user (not necessarily the active user) has read access to a give file in C#? Thanks.

Hi Saravanan Thank you for your suggestion. However your example will verify file access for the actual user. I need to do it for another user. How to do that? Thanks
