How we use collection to insert data into database and fetching data

I have a class and a interface in data access layer. i have declare property in class and declare method in interface. now i want implement method named insEmployee() in class and i want to pass data through collection to insEmployee().

Its a collection of list. You need to create an object for that list and then you need to add the informatin like this. WESCC objNewWESCC= new WESCC (); objNewWESCC.Category = new List WESCCCategory >(); . . . objNewWESCC.Category.Add(objNewCategory);
