I can not connect with my server by acounts that belong other ISPs

hi please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I give a valid IP From a ISP. I can not connect at my server with dial up acount. I can connect with my server only by acounts that belong the my ISP. I can not connect with my server by other ISP acounts. with a lot thanks

WHAT KIND OF SERVER? Some dialup providers block port 25 (SMTP) to prevent SPAM for example. So you cannot access ANY SMTP from NETZERO or JUNO dialup providers. All you can do is switch providers switch ports ask your ISP to open the port (good luck) or go without.
