I can not find the submenu,Oh please help.

Good day to everyone, I am new to Visual C# .NET but I'd downloaded an e-book entitled "Microsoft Visual C# .Net Step By StepStep By Step", and I'm happy that I am able to follow the steps EXCEPT for the one mentioned in the topic Add XML comments to your code. There's the instruction number 11:
On the Tools Menu, click Build Comment Web Pages.
But no matter how I browse the Tools Menu, I REALLY CAN'T find the Build Comment Web Pages. Oh by the way, I am using MS Visual Studio 2008. I really hope someone could help me find that menu, I'm going nuts, hehehe...
