I don't want to loose my data

hi

I have 2 forms

In my form 1

I load data for data grigview in Form_Load event

Then i go to another form for my some actions,

While i back to my form 1 automatically my data grid view got refreshed of form1 frm=new form1(); frm.show();

so when ever i came back to my form1 my datagridview shows my recent loaded data like in VB.Net

hi Parthiban keep your form1 object alive because every time you create new instance of form1 the page(form1) will be refresh. so try this... form1 frm; //globally in the event where you want to open form1 first check whether form1 object is null or not If is null then create an instance of it else show the form as it is using show() method if(frm == null) { frm = new form1(); } frm.show(); hope this helps you....
