importing Excel file to Datgrid

hello i've looking for a custom library or any other way to import an excelfile to a datagrid i know i can use the OleDB but since my arquitecure is in 64 bit compiling in 32bit would cuse problems.. is there another way around to import an excel file?

Thanks for your help i don't think i will be using any more 3rd party application im already usign devexpress controls but they only export to exceli've been looking on a alternative wich is importing a CSV file... since excel can save the file in CSV.. think i'll give it a try.. thanks anyways
