Is the SmartStoreNET ecommerce application is free?

Question

Hi,
I am going to use smart store ecommerce community edition application for my business. They mentioned community edition is completely open source it seems to be the source code is completely free to use. But they are used some paid controls like telerik grid and tree view. Could you please anyone suggest me whether the smart store community edition source free or need to pay in any circumstances (like over a month or year). Please find the Githup url and their site.

yes it open source means is free written in MVC and now they are moving to .Net core. Use it and also let us know how it worked,   obviously creating an E-Commerce website from scratch will take time but always remember a software created by you is always in your hand you can modify them whenever you want this is not the case with borrowed one and for any additional functionality you will have to wait for their next release(version).

obviously telerik controls are not free , i am using Kendo UI (Telerik UI for MVC) for 4 years and is not free , the free version doesn't have Grid and many other components.

Okay Sachin Singh... Thanks for your response.. But still I am little bit confused. Could you please let me know whether the telerik controls are free or not(need to pay for telerik) which is used in the code.
