Jquery Plugin Not Working

Question

I m using a Jquery Plugin in my Aspx page but that plugin not working. when I checked it in Fire Bug under NET Tab then Its showing me the Status as 304 Not Modified how to solve this?

I am using Draggable plugin from JQueryUI.com and I am using only one JQuery Library of version 1.10

Can you share which plugin you are using and how. Is there any other jQuery library also exists in your page.
