is there any control event equivalent to load in form  or at least accrues the sec after the control been created?

Yes I agree with Scott. Another way you may add another event handler into the form's designer generated code like following: this.Load += new EventHandler(YourMethodName); where the YourMethodName is the method where you put your code that is similar to Form_Load. Hope this helps.

Generally you'd probably want to put your code into the constructor following the InitializeComponent call.
