Looping in textBox

Hi I`m new int C# and I want to make an non-oriented graph using windows forms. In a label I will put the question "It is a node between: " and in a text box to appear a[1,1] if it is click YES if not click NO. After clicking the text box will change to a[1,2] and so on ...

In the first text box the user will insert a number. For example 3 and this number represent the number of rows and columns. After pressing Read in the second text box I wanna make to appear the looping for matrix eg: It is a node betweena[11] and user press yes or no after that to appear a[12].... a[32] a[33]. If he put the number 5 to make looping until reach at a[55]. in the result will appear for eg: 1 0 1 0 1 1 1 1 1 depending on response But the problem for me is how to make the looping in text box ... Tx
