MCTS : Windows Application Development

I am pursuing a course in .NET Framework in Islamabad, they mentioned this in their certification list, do they give it at the certification, as far as i think you have to pass the microsoft exam to get this certification,,,, please help me to clear my mind.......

hi Yes you are correct MCTS certification is given by Microsoft and you have to pass that to get the certification. As your institution mentioned. it means they may be conducting that exam as it is a online exam.
