Microsoft Image Library

Hello all,
I want to access Microsoft Image library through VS2003 C# application. Using this image library I want to read and append .tiff images. Does Microsoft have some image library to do this? I need this information very urgently. Plzzz help me..

The only image library is the library build into GDI+  (System.Drawing, System.Drawing.Imaging namespaces).  This is capable of reading and writing tiff files.  If you want to do some more advanced image processing, you should look into a commercial app such as Pegasus
