Moving from Local Machine to the Live Server (Host Server)

Question

Once I finish developing my site in my local system,
how should I move the sql and asp.net files to the live server?

At present I am copying all the asp.net files to the Virtual Directory in
the live server and in order to copy the tables and stored procedures, I use
Database Publication Wizard.
I don't copy any of the 'aspnet_' tables and stored procedures (aspnet_Application, aspnet_Membership etc.)
Hope I am doing the right thing.

For asp.net files: You can publish the application and take the files in the server. I guess you are walking in right lane. If you already deploy the application in inetmgr then just replace the publish file in case of further changes. For SQL server. Create a new database in server. Generate a script from your local db and run it on server

Thanks Niradhip. At present I am just copying all the files manually from the folder in my local machine to the virtual directory in the live server. Hope this is ok.
